Form tags represent the actual form names.
JS Sloppy? Is there a better way to do this? This is all I know and it's all over the web for this type of function. I would love to see something else so I can improve.

Now..I did finally get things to work..but it's back at passing a undefined again back to the parent doc...

Here's a screen shot...
I click popup button..
I choose my test value in the drop down box..click save...
and in the parent..form.. "undefined" is entered. ??
